Our nurses know when the shift starts and when it ends. They know that the facility is depending upon them and that patients need them now more than ever. Tardiness, leaving shift early, excessive call ins, milking the clock are behaviors not tolerated.
Our nurses complete the required paperwork and turn it in on time. This includes charting, time sheets, reports, etc. We only hire professionals who understand the importance to consistency.
